Definitions: The Client: The business or individual requiring the services of Xpert web. Xpert web: web designer/site owner & employees. The following terms and conditions apply to all website design & development offered by Xpert Web. By accepting a quote either verbally or in writing or ordering a product from Xpert web you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. 1. Xpert web reserve the right to refuse to design a web site which we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by, sites containing adult pornography, hatred towards people belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation and sites which infringe copyright or are contrary to UK laws. 2. Xpert web will require a non-refundable deposit payment from the client before any work commences. The deposit shall be 25% of the total value. Client will pay remaining balance to Xpert web within 14 days. 3. Xpert web reserve the right to cancel any agreement prior to deposit being in their bank account. 4. Xpert web shall expect the client to make sure that the idea / business will operate legally within UK law online. It is important that the website is not in any way illegal. 5. Xpert web may use images on a website that has been purchased on behalf of the client, these images are strictly for use on the website only. Xpert web are not liable for misuse of these images by the client or any other person/s copying, altering or distributing the images. |

6. Xpert web cannot be held responsible for anything
affecting the client's business operation, sales, or profit that they might
claim is a result of a service offered by Xpert web. 7. Xpert web provide search engine optimization for every clients website, however we do not guarantee any specific placement or high ranking on search engines. 8. Any website owner using illegal techniques to gain visitors to their website will not be allowed to host their website on the hosting companies' servers. Any website owners found doing this will have their website removed from the server. 9. All Xpert web website packages come with 1 year free domain name and 1 year free hosting. When the domain name and hosting is due to expire we will issue you with invoice to be paid within 14 days, If the invoice is not paid Xpert web will have no choice but to let the domain name and hosting expire which could result in your business losing their domain name. 10. All text content for the website is to be provided by the Client. 11. The cost estimates agreed upon by Xpert web and Client are based on the requirements specified in the accepted proposal. Any change in the requirements could affect the overall cost. 12. Yearly hosting fee is for unlimited transfer. 13. Revisions to website does not include new pages or change of layout, This only includes text change and image change. Xpert Web reserves the right to change or modify any of the Terms and Conditions listed above at anytime without notice. |
